Combating Depression - The First Step To A Happier Life
When we look at our world today, there are lots of things to
be depressed about. If you’ve watched or read the latest news about the
“Connecticut Shooting,” you would have to say it is the most unfortunate event
that happened in the USA. According to the news, there were at least 20 school
children and 6 adults who lost their lives when a lone gunman runs amok on
their school. The gunman identified by authorities as Adam Lanza, who has very obscured
motives as to why he did such heinous acts. However, if we look closely to
Adam’s record, it is clear that he is a very depressed kid, a mild case of
autism and has a severe social interaction problem.
Through history, we can see that most cold-blooded killers
have some depression issues that went overboard and gradually pushed them to
commit those crimes. As matter of fact, depression is also the main factor in
most suicide cases all over the world. A lot of people have many experiences
when it comes to depression but most of them don’t know how to react to such an
event. If you are paralyzed by depression, then for sure you will have a hard
time making the right decisions – making your situation a lot worse than it was
before.
