Gadgets - Apple iPad 3

Things You Can Do With Your Apple iPad 3

Today, gadgets are no longer a luxury but a necessity and we can’t live without these technologies. For sure there are times when you want to flaunt your new Apple iPad 3 as a means to show your fashion statement. The need for these gadgets was enhanced due to our dependence to the Internet.

We constantly want to connect with our family and friends through social networking sites. Tablets are the best items to make this possible, and that’s the reason why you bought an iPad 3 in the first place. Now, you may wonder what else can I do with it, aside from the obvious things that I already know.

Here are 5 things that you may want to try with your Apple tablet:

  •      Use it as a professional digital camera – This feature is the most underrated and under use capability of iPad. It may look awkward to take pictures using a tablet, because we are accustomed to using the camera. However, it has a 5-megapixel  iSight camera and can provide high definition still images – making it a great digital camera.
  •      Use it as a portable cook book – If you love cooking you may want to bring your iPad with you in the kitchen, and make it a handy visual tool to aid you in creating your perfect dish.
  •     Use it as a GPS Map Indicator in your car – There are GPS apps available on the Apple App store, you may want to get one for your tablet. Your iPad becomes an inexpensive GPS map locator for your car.
  •      Use it as an HD car audio system – Before you can do this, you need to buy the wall mount accessory for the iPad; so you can mount it in a safe part of your car’s dashboard. Another cable is necessary to connect it to your Car stereo from its headphone socket. This can boost the audio quality of your Car stereo.
  •        Use it as a portable photo album – You may have memorable pictures that you want to store in a safe device. As we all know, It’s not always safe to store them on social networking sites like Facebook, it’s better to organize them in a private photo album in your tablet.

Overall, there are still many things you can do with your Apple iPad 3. All you need to have are Apps and a wide imagination.

  5. Does the iPad 3 have live internet feed for your gps?

    1. According to GPS pro, the developer of that particular App... there will be a 1-3 minutes delay on your actual location. So, it won't really be 100% live feed but at least it's better from the usual GPS Apps we had before, where you need to stop and wait until 5 minutes before your actual location is updated.

  9. iPad is a pretty cool gadget, but its not a necessity to our part. cause first of all, it doesnt support adobe, second.. its very hard to do file transfer... third...it dont have a USB port, and SD slot, which we really need to have. so this gadget is more like browsing, taking photos, and playing games. =D

  13. Please - PLEASE - do not use your iPad as a "professional" digital camera. 1) You'll look ridiculous, and 2) For crowded places, your iPad will get in the way of every other real professional cameraperson's shot. Just use your mobile phone, or better yet, a real camera! My two cents ;)

    1. Hi Kyle... thanks for dropping by :) Yes I agree with you but these are just suggestions and it will always depend on the situation of the person using the iPad. Let's just say that at least we have a backup device other than our own DSLR cameras.
